About me

Close-up portrait of a woman with shoulder-length dark hair, wearing a black turtleneck. She has a friendly expression and is smiling slightly.

I work with individuals, teams and organisations who want to explore ideas, navigate complexity and create meaningful change. Through facilitation, coaching and participatory approaches, I create thoughtful spaces where people can pause, reflect and work things through together.

Sometimes that means facilitating a workshop where a team is exploring strategy or collaboration. Sometimes it’s a coaching conversation that helps someone step back and gain clarity. And sometimes it’s designing creative engagement activities that help communities and young people share their perspectives.

Across all of this work, I bring curiosity, creativity and care — along with a belief that when people are given the right space to think together, new possibilities emerge.

Experience and Background

At the heart of my work is facilitation, creating spaces where people can pause, think together and explore new possibilities.

As a facilitator and coach, I design conversations, workshops and learning spaces that help individuals and groups navigate complexity, reflect on their work and move forward with clarity. My approach combines curiosity, creativity and thoughtful engagement, drawing on participatory and reflective methods that invite people to contribute their perspectives and ideas.

Alongside my facilitation practice, I bring experience from a range of fields connected to community, participation and social change. My background includes youth work, social enterprise, and work connected to the criminal justice sector, where much of the focus has been on supporting people to build confidence, develop ideas and navigate complex systems.

I have delivered learning programmes for organisations including the Social Enterprise Academy and Clore Social Leadership, supporting social entrepreneurs, practitioners and community leaders to develop their leadership and practice.

My work is also informed by experience in co-production and participatory engagement, working alongside communities, practitioners and organisations to explore how services and systems can be shaped collaboratively.

I am an Acumen Fellow and a Fellow of the RSA, two communities that bring together people interested in leadership, social change and new ways of thinking about how we build better systems.

Across all of this work, I remain interested in how people learn, collaborate and imagine new possibilities together and how thoughtful facilitation can help create the conditions where those conversations can happen.

My practice is shaped by both professional qualifications and more playful explorations. Here’s a snapshot of the trainings and learning journeys that continue to influence how I hold space.
