Hi, I’m Becky – facilitator, coach & creative mischief-maker.
I work with individuals, teams and organisations who want to explore ideas, navigate complexity and create meaningful change.
Through facilitation, coaching and participatory approaches, I design spaces where people can pause, reflect and collaborate.
Sometimes that looks like a leadership coaching conversation.
Sometimes it’s a team workshop.
Sometimes it’s creative engagement with communities or young people.
What these spaces have in common is curiosity, thoughtful structure and the belief that when people are given the right environment, good thinking follows.

- I create spaces where people can explore ideas, navigate complexity and work through challenges together. Alongside structured facilitation methods, I often draw on creative approaches — including storytelling, reflective prompts and participatory activities — to help conversations flow and new possibilities emerge.
- I’m comfortable holding space for the tough conversations while making room for imagination, insight and moments of lightness along the way.
